Apple is all about squeezing as much battery life as possible out of their devices, whether it’s by not supporting Flash or underclocking the processor or any number of tweaks. So why is the battery in the iPhone 4S worse than the 4, about on par with the 3GS? Apple doesn’t yet know entirely, but it appears that it could be a bug in location services and/or the calendar that has both running in the background even when there’s no reason for it.
How many people have to downgrade iOS until this is fixed? Over/under = all of them.
